Melinda then passed out on the floor. She hit the floor hard and it knocked her out ans she was out like a light.

Michelle blinked in confusion as Melinda just suddenly hit the ground. She bend down slowly, being careful not to drop Jake. She softly began to shake her "Hey..lady...wake up. This is no time to be napping.."

Melinda just laied there not moving as she was out like a light and she didn't hear the woman at all.

She sighed, thinking about just leaving the lady on the floor or maybe give her good kick or something. Michelle smirked and started to kick her, when a man came in. She blinked at the man and frowned "And...you are?". Without saying anything the man went up the stairs leaving her once again alone with Melinda.

Melinda started to come to."What happen?"Melinda said to the woman with the baby. As she sat up and shook her head.

Michelle looked up at the stairs and frowned, before turning back to the woman as she woke up. She scoffed and rolled her eyes, as she switched Jake into her other arm "You passed out because of something..or other".

She sighed and took a seat on the floor beside the couch and just let Jake's head lay lightly on her chest as she rested. "I don't know..I guess it was some man from here..you probably know him not me".

"What did he look like?"Melinda asked the woman with the baby as she took off her trench caot and there where cuts on her arms alot of them.

Michelle gave a small yawn as she was well got sleepy and was soon going to do like her son and go to sleep. "He was tall man...and had dark hair" she replied with yet another yawn. Her eyes slowly trailed over Melinda's arms looking at cuts and bruises on her arm, not sure if she should ask about them or not.

"But I'm not" she said with a frown. She hated people telling her what she should or not do. She was almost an adult, so she could make her own decisions and didn't need anyone else telling her what to do.

"Ok if you say so."Melinda said she got up and went to the fire place and lighted it on fire with her fire power and sat back down. And turned on the TV. And started to watch it.

She blinked in surprise when she lit up the fireplace. Well...at least she knew what power she had. Of course she found her power to be a bit more shocking. Michelle glanced at the tv, then looked up at the ceiling and sighed "So...whats on the news?".

"They where saying two muntants acttacked the White House. They are reported to have fire and wind powers."Melinda said as she put her feet on the table in front of her. And laid back as she continue watching the TV.
