Powers:Able to manipulate ice, can also form ice around his whole body.He can create ice replicas of himself.

Personality:Very focused on his work, does'nt like to get off task.
History: (at least two paragraphs):Chet was born in London.
He grew up in a rich home with very amazing parents. He was the youngest in his family, with an older sister named Chelsea. Chet was popular in school and had alot of friends. Chet's friends were loyal to him and were always surrounding him. He and his sister had gotten into fights alot. After going to therapy, Chet was more considerate of her things and her feelings, but as for their parents, that was a whole different story.
One night as Chad was sleeping when he heard yelling and the slamming of doors. His mother stormed down the hallway with her suitcase in her hand and tears streaming down her cheeks. His father chased after her pushing her forwards and yelling. "GET OFF OF ME CHRISTOPHER! GET THE HELL OFF OF ME DONT YOU TOUCH ME!".She roared as She walked out of the door and into the night.
His father ordered both siblings to move in with their aunt and uncle. The two weren't sure why, nor were sure of what they did. It was later on when Chet found out what really happened. After that incident, Chet never talked to his father again. His parents eventually got back together and they all moved to New York. Chet moved into his friend Dave's apartment and his sister got her own house with her boyfriend.
He never realized that he was a mutant until his friend Dave notice that he was looking at a mirror image of himself, only there was no mirror around. It was Chet. Dave was slightly freaked out at first, but he learned to live with his friend's odd power.
Chet was never sure what path he should take. On one hand, he wanted to seek justice for those who had none, but there was also a rebellious side to him too. He just decided that staying neutral was his best bet.
Sample RP (Everyone needs one):The streets were wet from the rain last night.Cars were slowly driving due to the heavy traffic and rush to get point.A to point.B.Chet sighed before placing his hands in his pockets and shaking his head."Humans....".Chet muttered as he shook his head and folded his arms just then a hand was grabbed around his neck and threw him against a dumpster.
"What the hell?".Chet asked angrily as he got to his feet only to be punched in the jaw again.Chet stumbed back and stuck out both hands freezing the mugger.Chet then dusted himself off and glared down at the mugger,"Dont try that again".He said as he spit on the ground, panting breathlessly and walking away.
