It has been years since the events of the Sailor Moon series. the scouts are 18 years old. Serena and her friends/teammates have somewhat retired as Sailor Scouts and has lost touch with Sailors Neptune, Uranus, Pluto, and Saturn. it's been a year since evil has threatened Tokyo, making the scouts feel like a part of them is missing. But a new evil is secretly threatening Tokyo, unaware to everyone. The evil Queen Beryll has been reincarnated by an evil force, and she is sending minions to terrorize Tokyo while she cooks up a catastrophic plan to rule Japan. and possibly the world.
The Scouts must come out of retirement and join forces with the Outer Scouts to save Tokyo from the minions and seek out and destroy Queen Beryll and her evil boss.
