Jean stayed calm although she knew she should be panicking. The mansion will be on fire if Melinda didn't stop this.

Melinda dropped to the floor the winds went away and fire went out on her body. Her eyes went back to blue. Melinda hit the floor hard. She was out like a light. For awhile and woke up. "What happen?"Melinda asked Jean not knowing what happen.

Jean, a bit pale from what happened to Melinda, replied, "You fainted."
She helped Melinda up and let her sit in a chair.
"You lost control of your powers," she told her. "You had flames all over."

"Melinda," Jean said, holding her. "Are you hearing voices?"
When the girl did not answer, she read her mind. Melinda was hearing her father's voice again. So she tried to calm her down using her telepathy.
"Melinda," she said, telepathically. "I'll be creating a wall for you so you wouldn't hear anyone."

Jean, hair blowing with Melinda's winds, tried to calm her down again.

"No we don't need to because you won't be here there long."Melinda said to Jean as the winds picked up to 250mph. Her eyes continue glowing red.

Jean shielded herself with her own telekinesis. She tried stopping Melinda.
"Please," she said. "You might faint again. Don't tire yourself."

"I don't think so Jean."Melinda said to Jean as the winds got up to 300mph her eyes glowed brighter and the wind picked up Melinda off the ground.

Jean, with her telekinetic shield, tried to reach Melinda.
"Come on, Melinda," she said. "You know that it's not right for you to do that. You are losing control of your powers. Let me help you."

Jean let down the shield she had created and ran to Melinda's side.
"Melinda," she said, touching her arm. "Wake up. Melinda, wake up."
She stood up and got some cloth to wipe the blood off Melinda's head. She doesn't want to move her because moving her could only do more damage. Instead, she tried to see what was wrong with her through her telepathy.

Melinda just laid there. She didn't move. She couldn't control her powers.
