Rani sat on the couch, eyes closed and feet up on the coffee table. He held the remote to the TV in one hand that was drooping beside him. He had obviously fallen asleep watching TV since all it showed now was static. Rani gave a snort in his sleep but otherwise continued to doze.

Melinda walked in and saw Link sleeping and walked up and tapped him on the shoulder."Link wake up."Melinda said to Link as she sat next to him.

Link snorted once more before waking up, sitting up straight, eyes wide.
"Wha.. what??" He said, looking around him and getting his bearings. When he saw Melinda he calmed down a little. "Oh, hey."

"Sorry I woke you."Melinda to Link as she took off her treach coat and there cuts on both arms. She put her feet on the table infront of her and laid back.

Rani noticed the cuts on her arms.
"What happened?" He asked softly, getting slightly angry but not showing it.

"Oh the cuts I got in to a fight but I won. Link there some thing I need to tell you."Melinda said to Link as she started to blush. See Melinda was felling in Love with Link as more then brother and sister. But she never told him but now she want to tell me.

He was slightly alarmed when she said she was in a fight. He got even more angry.
"Melinda! You should not fight. Ever!" He said to her, "It doesn't matter if you won or not, you shouldn't." He was only looking out for her since he knew she could win any fight she entered. He noticed she started blushing when she said she needed to tell him something. "What is it?"

"Umm...I like you more then just as a brother and sister."Melinda said to Link as she contniue blushing even more and got up and grbbed her treach coat and started to walk away.

Link was shocked for a second but when Melinda started to walk away, he got up and grabbed her arm, not letting her leave.
"Wait. What do you mean?" He asked, slightly confused. Melinda was like a sister to him and now she was saying she liked him more than that?

"I..."Melinda stopped and turned away and started shaking. Melinda felt like she shouldn't have told him. She closed her eyes.

"Melinda!" He said, seeing that she had started shaking. He put his hands on both her shoulders, trying to calm her. He knew she was feeling regret and he didn't want her to.

Rani just stood there for a few moments after she had said she loved him, just holding onto her arm to not let her run away. He snapped out of it though.
"But..." He stuttered. He didn't know what to say to that. The only thing he did know was that he didn't want her to go.

Melinda started to walk out of the room. With her head looking down at the ground and tears rolling down her face. she put her trench coat on as she was walking.

He grabbed her arm again, snapping into action.
"Do you want to talk about it?" He asked. He was still confused though, how had he not known about this before? His abilities should of picked up on it. "Just don't leave, please"
